Any company which has made a default in filing of any of the documents,statements, returns, etc including annual statutory documents with MCA registry is permitted to file belated documents, under this Scheme.
There shall be no additional fee/Penalty on the delay filing of the documents under this scheme; only normal fee prescribed under the act shall be required to pay by the defaulting companies.
From 01st April, 2020 to 30th September, 2020.
The defaulting companies, which have filed their pending documents under the scheme and made good the default, shall not be subjected to prosecution by Registrar for such defaults. The application for seeking immunity in respect of belated documents filed under the scheme may be made in the E Form CFSS2020, from 01st October, 2020 to 31st March, 2021.
a) To companies against which action for final notice for striking off the
name u/s 248 of the act has already been initiated by the ROC;
b) Where any application (Form STK-2) has already been filed by the
companies for action of striking off the name of the company;
c) To companies which have amalgamated under a scheme of
arrangements or compromise under the act;
d) Where application have already been filed for obtaining dormant status
under section 455 of the act before this scheme;
e) To vanishing companies;
f) Where any increase in authorized capital is involved (Form SH-7) and
also charge related documents (CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-8 and CHG-9)
